1.         Rural Directory

The  Rural Directory is a subsidiary of Fox Grant Limited (the "Company")

2.         Disclosure of Information

The Company complies with and is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 in the United Kingdom.  The Company takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to and use of your personal data.

The Company's staff and those working for its agents and contractors maintain a responsibility to keep your information confidential and will only use it to offer relevant products and services related to your enquiry.

Any personal details that the Company uses to provide or promote its products and services to you (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number, or any details of the services you have purchased or about which you have enquired) will not be passed to any third party organisation for marketing purposes without your permission and will not be used by the Company for any purpose than that which you requested.

The Internet is not a secure medium.  However to protect your data the Company puts in place various security procedures including use of firewalls, backup measures and the Company limits access to data to relevant personnel and password protects all machinery holding personal data.

You do not have to register to access the  or Company Website, however, the Company wants to help you find exactly what you require and smoothly as possible.  . 

Your details may be combined with other information in the Company's records in order to:-

The Company complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 in the United Kingdom.  The Company respects the privacy of personal email accounts and the Company stores your email address as securely as any other personal information it holds.  The Company will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail and your details will not be passed on to any organisation outside the Company without your explicit permission.

If you have given the Company permission, the Company may use email to send you messages to keep you up to date with news about its current services, as well as anything you express an interest in, either online or through other contact with the Company.

Third party internet sites that you can link through to from the Company's Website are not covered by this Privacy Statement, therefore the Company accepts no responsibility or liability for these sites.

The company and the  Website have taken every reasonable precaution to protect your privacy. However please advice us by email if you feel we could improve our security , systems or procedures to protect you the user, our clients and listing sites and the company and  website.
